Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, here’s everything you need to know:

  • Return Window
    Returns must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. This ensures we can process your return quickly and fairly.
  • Condition of Items
    To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unworn and unused
    • With original tags still attached
    • In the original packaging
  • Change of Mind Returns
    We do not provide refunds for change of mind. If you’ve had a change of heart, we will gladly issue you a store credit once your return is approved. Store credits never expire and can be used towards your next purchase.
  • How to Return
    1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
    2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and address.
    3. Send your item(s) back using Australia Post with tracking for peace of mind.
    4. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your store credit will be processed.

Important Notes

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Store credits will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
  • We recommend keeping your AusPost tracking receipt until your return is fully processed.
