Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you need to make a return, here’s everything you need to know:

Return Window
Returns must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. This ensures we can process your return quickly and fairly. -
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:- Unworn and unused
- With original tags still attached
- In the original packaging

Change of Mind Returns
We do not provide refunds for change of mind. If you’ve had a change of heart, we will gladly issue you a store credit once your return is approved. Store credits never expire and can be used towards your next purchase. -
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return instructions and address.
- Send your item(s) back using Australia Post with tracking for peace of mind.
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your store credit will be processed.

- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Store credits will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.
- We recommend keeping your AusPost tracking receipt until your return is fully processed.
